The question being: "Shall CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 164(JUD) "An Act prescribing the rights of grandparents related to child-in-need-of- aid hearings; and amending Rules 3, 7, 10, 15, 17, and 19, Alaska Child in Need of Aid Rules of Procedure" pass the Senate?" Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the Court Rule changes. Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Ellis gave notice of reconsideration.
